Rela Lumis was founded in Toronto to close a simple gap: property records were slow to produce, expensive to repeat, and rarely accurate enough for everyone who needed them. We capture an entire property: geometry, imagery, and measurements in a single visit, then turn that capture into interactive 3D tours, CAD-grade floor plans, and reports that hold up for owners, insurers, and legal teams alike.
Our largest engagement to date is the Alexandra Park Redevelopment at 130 Augusta Avenue, where we documented 45 residential suites and two amenity floors for Toronto Community Housing, with every unit measured, photographed, and published as a navigable tour.

Ishaq leads every site visit, planning capture routes, operating the scanner, and coordinating access with building staff and residents. His job is making sure nothing on site goes unrecorded, from suite layouts to mechanical rooms.
Semir Abdulsemed
Co-founder · Technical delivery
Semir turns raw scan data into finished deliverables, processing tours, verifying floor-plan measurements, generating QR access codes, and packaging everything into the client portal so stakeholders can find what they need.
